Dorsale stekels (totaal): 4; Dorsale zachte stralen (totaal): 7-8; Anale stekels 0; Anale zachte stralen: 6 - 8. Body marbled with grey; pectoral fins and distal part of pelvic fins rose or red in color (Ref. 4405).
Occurs on soft bottom among algae or seagrass (Ref. 111072).
