Morphologie | Morphométrie
Épines dorsales (Total): 0; Rayons mous dorsaux (Total): 14-15; Épines anales 0; Rayons mous anaux: 18. Body elongate and moderately slender. Short, blunt, non-protrusible snout. Barbel has slender stem, flattened, moderately narrow distal tip. Black in color. Barbel black except proximal band, outer edges of flattened wings and distal bulb unpigmented (Ref. 37039).
