Type locality, Hiva Oa, NW side of Tepuhiaatuna Point, BPBM 12223. Collected in 1971 from Fatu Hiva and Tahuata, the most southern islands of Marquesas; again in 1998 from the northern uninhabited island of Eiao and underwater photos were also taken, including at Nuku Hiva. |
