This is distinguished by the first dorsal fin with six spines in both sexes, the second dorsal fin and anal fin with one spine and ten segmented rays, 17 pectoral fin rays and preopercular pores M, N and O. There are 35-42 lateral series scales, no predorsal series scale, and 12-15 transverse back series scale. |
