Description: Characterized by generally plain white color; all dorsal rays and anal rays unbranched; caudal rays 18; pectoral fins absent; lateral line of eyed side 73, including nine anterior to upper end of gill opening, where it forks, with ventral branch from lower fork over edge of preopercle; absence of caudal peduncle; ctenoid scales; depth of body 2.7 in SL (Ref. 90102).
