Diagnosis

Coloration: Head and body pale pinkish tan, abdomen bluish. Branchiostegal membranes, snout, orbit rim and remaining scale pockets brown. Vertical fins dusky near tips, axil of pectoral fin dark brown. Light organ and anus black.
