Diagnosis

Body covered by middle sized round scale. Short dorsal fin, starts from the end point of pelvic fin. Black gray in the back, silver white in the stomach. Black spots in the base of each scale, forming several gray strips vertically (Ref. 33303). Keel on belly between pelvic fin origin and anal fin origin; several faint longitudinal stripes along scale rows (Ref. 43281).
