Fish affected: Red Sea Bream (Chrysophrys major) and Yellowtail (Seriola quinqueradiata). In tunas Pacific bluefin.  
Symptoms: Enlarged cells in the spleen, kidney, liver and kidney.  
Treatments: No available treatment.  
Prophylaxis: Hygienic precaution is a must. Cages should be distanced from other aquaculture cages, such as Red Sea Bream (Chrysophrys major) and Yellowtail (Seriola quinqueradiata).  
Remarks: The disease occurs in high water temperature of more than 24°C and mortalities that can reach some tens of percent for young fish.
