Photographic record of a 2.1 cm SL specimen taken from a tidepool at Gun Beach and which has since been lost. Identity based on the photograph determined by H. K. Larson. Color light tan with dark brown markings including a thin bar at the base of the caudal fin (Ref. 128764). Another two specimens reported from the Bishop Museum taken from Tumon Bay, Guam, collected by G. Roos in 1–1.5 m in 1997 (Ref. 58252). Range extends to Saipan (Ref. 37816).
