Known from the tributaries of Mississippi and Tennessee rivers on Former Mississippi Embayment from Kentucky to Louisiana; and Arkansas River drainage in southwestern Missouri, eastern Kansas, northwestern Arkansas and eastern Oklahoma (Ref. 86798).
