Known from Mashkel Lake and the River Thalab in Baluchistan, and Neh-i-Bendan in northern Seistan (Ref. 31729). Recorded from a stream near Zaboli Town (not Zabol) in Mashkid basin, Sistan-&-Baluchistan province (Ref. 102005). Type locality: Zia Rishan near Kuh-i-Tuftan volcano probably from the Thalab drainage which is part of the Lake Mashkal system, Sarhad region, Iranian Baluchistan (Ref. 39701).
