Known from Queensland and the Northern Territory (Ref. 48666). Occurs from Melville Isalnd (northof Darwin) eastward to the rivers of Arnhem Land (Northern Territory) and Groote Eylandt in the Gulf of Carpentaria. Cape York populations seen north of the Archer river, around to the vicinity of Iron Range (Queensland). Isolated populations exist in the Mclvor river and nearby streams and at Gap creek (Ref. 44894). Also Ref. 7300. |
