Materials examined: CAS-SU 23552 (41 cm TL), collected in 1904 from the fishing banks off the mouth of Tokyo Bay at about 730 meters; FMNH 22654 (62 cm TL) and FMNH 71701 (69 cm TL), both from Misaki Marine Biological Stn, Sagami Bay, eastern coast of Honshu (Ref. 51420). |
