Known from Wissel Lake and its tributary streams in Irian Jaya. Also found in Tage and Tigi lakes and their outlet streams as well as the Dimija River between Paniai and Tage lakes. Apparently absent from Paniai Lake. Utilized as bait for crayfish. |
