The type locality of this species seems uncertain. It is known to be in creeks in northern Thailand (Ref. 97102). Kottelat 2013 (Ref. 94476) indicated that the type locality is in creeks in northern Vietnam, but this is probably in Ky Phu stream, Dai Tu District in Thai Nguyen Province. |
