Outside distributional range; probably referring to Atractoscion microlepis (see Ref. 116590). First record from City of Salalah, southern Oman, Arabian Sea on 7 June 2011. Only one large-sized specimen was captured, thus it is premature to consider this species has established a sustainable population around its new locality (Ref. 96927). |
