Known from Jammu and Kashmir, Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, Assam, Manipur, Nagaland and Orissa (Ref. 41236), and Nainital Lake (Ref. 89721). Also Ref. 4832, 45255, 89472.

Status of threat: Vulnerable in Western Ghats (Ref. 50614).
