Comments: Specimens were collected in 1993 from Calbiga-a creek, Leyte and Sohoton Cave, Basey River, Samar (Ref. 7223). Type locality, Mahinog River, Camiguin (Ref. 94476). Museum: USNM 99878 (Ref. 34009). Endemic status computed from FishBase data (country records, occurrences records in literature and in point data) on 16/07/08.
