Common along the west coast from Godthåb Fjord and Davis Strait to Baffin Bay and Smith Sound. On the east coast from Kap Møsting and Angmagssalik to Kejser Franz Josephs Fjord and Danmarks Havn (Ref. 9926). Reported as S. sadko from the waters of northeast of Greenland and from Upernavik to Qaanaaq (Thule) (Ref. 9925). Also Ref. 9925.
