Comments: Known from the marine lower Congo (Ref. 41594), Pool Malebo (Ref. 41585), middle Congo River (Ref. 4910), Lake Tumba (Ref. 41591), Ubangi (Ref. 45441), Uele (Ref. 41590) and Itimbiri (Ref. 106290). Report from the Aruwimi (Ref. 41590) based on misidentified specimens of M. uelense (Ref. 26634).
