Known from the confluence of the Sangha and Likouala-aux-Herbes (Ref. 44840). Specimen from "Ogooué basin?" listed in list with measured specimens in Ref. 82238, but species does not occur outside Congo River basin (Ref. 78218, 82238); locality, not country, possibly erronous (T. Musschoot, pers. comm.).
