Recorded from Qaidam systems and the upper reaches of Huanghe River in Qinghai Province (Ref. 33800). Also found in Yangtze and Geermu rivers (Ref. 51717).
Known from Geermu, Xiangride, Maduo, Jiuzhi, Xining, Huzhu, Duenhua of Qinghai Province; Hongyuan of Sichuan Province; Maqu of Gansu Province in tributary to upper reaches of Yangtze River and Lakes(Ref.33800).
