Comments: Reported from coastal rivers of the south in Ref. 51193, but specimens identified as C. kingsleyae from localities outside the Ogooue basin (Gabon) are presumed to be misidentifications, most often of C. mamonekenei and C. melaniae (Ref. 81260).
