Comments: Found in central and eastern portions of the Amazon River basin (Ref. 38013). Known from Pará, Roraima, and Amazonas. Museum: Praia do Xeruini, Rio Branco, Roraima, MZUSP 42025 (holotype, 5.16 cm SL); MZUSP 42026, USNM 311109 (paratypes) (Ref. 11334). Also Ref. 27925.
