Recorded from several springs in South Australia (Ref. 43716); from the western and southern parts of the Lake Eyre drainage basin, from the Neales river to north of the Flinders ranges (Ref. 44894). Reported from Queensland and the Northern Territory in Ref. 48666 but this is outside the distributional range given by Ref. 43716. Also Ref. 5259, 75154.
