Present in good numbers in Lake Bombon (=Taal), 1995 survey (Ref. 12165); present in Taal Lake, Talisay area as part of gill net catch composition (Ref. 81207, 80679, 13446). Specimens were collected from Kiga creek, Leyte and Inuntan, Basey River, Samar in 1993 (Ref. 7223). Reported from Palawan (Ref. 68595). Also Ref. 2858, 48613.
