Short description Morfología | Morfometría

Espinas dorsales (total): 10 - 11; Radios blandos dorsales (total): 13-14; Espinas anales 3; Radios blandos anales: 8 - 9. Dorsal profile of head moderately to gently sloped. Preorbital width about equal to 2/3 of eye diameter. Preopercular notch and knob poorly developed. Scale rows on back rising obliquely above lateral line. Upper back brownish; sides whitish with a series of fine yellow lines on lower half of the body, and similar lines running obliquely above the lateral line (Ref. 469). Body depth 2.9-3.3 in SL (Ref. 90102).
