Pigmentation: few on upper jaw; anterior and posterior to heart; irregular on notochord and often just below notochord; irregular on body wall; laterally on liver lobes; few dorsolaterally on gut; patchy on anal pterygiophores; on caudal pterygiophores. Sequence of fin development: caudal, anal, dorsal and pectoral. |
