Comments: Eggs are deposited on aquatic plants on the bottom. Spawns several times during the summer: 3 times when the temperature is low and up to 9 times during warm summers (Ref. 30578). 80000 to 120000 eggs/kg females. Spawning in shallow waters when the temperature reached 18°C. Up to 8 spawning cycles (Ref. 40476).
