Additional Characters Shell surface has fine striations or other irregularities (Red. 36610). Yolk is homogeneous, about 2.2-2.6 in diameter (Ref. 36610). Chorion is amber to pinkish amber; melanophores on embryo over brain, anterior to cleithrum, dorsally on gut, over pelvic girdle, and on dorsal and pelvic fin serial swellings.
