Additional Characters Shell surface has small pits or other irregularities (Ref. 36610). Yolk is homogeneous, 2.1-2.3 mm in diameter (Ref. 36610). Chorion is amber to pink; melanophores scattered on yolk; on embryo, anterior to eye, over brain, dorsally on epaxial myomeres, and few ventrally on hypaxial myomeres (Ref. 36610).
