Max. size:  14.41 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  pelagic-neritic; marine
Distribution:  Western Pacific: the Philippines.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal soft rays (total): 18-19; Anal soft rays: 19-19. This species is distinguished by the following: an elongated body, its body depth constitutes 23-25·2% of SL; lower gill rakers above 12.9 cm SL 50-53; interrupted longitudinal striae formation in lateral scales; prepelvic and post-pelvic scutes count 19 + 13 (Ref. 114969).
