Environment:  demersal; freshwater
Distribution:  Asia: Sumatra and Borneo.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs in rivers, streams and lakes (Ref. 56749). Used as feeds for caged fishes (Ref. 56749).

Country info:  Known from Sumatra and Borneo (Ref. 7050). Found in the Kapuas Lakes area in Kalimantan Barat, Borneo (Ref. 56749). Recorded from Danau Sentarum National Park in the Kapuas basin, Kalimantan Barat, Borneo (Ref. 56749).
