Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 7-7; Dorsal soft rays (total): 9-11; Vertebrae: 29-29. Longitudinal scale rows, 33-36; transverse scale rows, 12-14. Numerous tiny deep black dots on cheek and opercle (Ref. 31187).
