Family:  Gobiidae (Gobies), subfamily: Gobiinae
Max. size:  6.4 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  reef-associated; depth range 6 - 20 m, non-migratory
Distribution:  Western Central Pacific: Ant Atoll and Pohnpei in Micronesia. Eastern Central Pacific: Hawaiian Islands and Johnston Atoll.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 6-7; Dorsal soft rays (total): 11-12; Anal spines: 1-1; Anal soft rays: 9-10. Greenish yellow-orange with faint thin dark bars.
Biology:  Secretive species found in shallow seaward reefs (Ref. 34765). Benthic (Ref. 58302).
