Environment:  bathydemersal; marine; depth range 230 - 822 m
Distribution:  Eastern Indian Ocean to Western Pacific: Australia.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 0-0; Dorsal soft rays (total): 11-11; Anal soft rays: 27-30; Vertebrae: 42-44. Pyloric caeca 6-7; photophores above anal fin 16-17 (Ref. 41740).
Biology:  Found on the continental shelf and slope (Ref. 75154).
