Environment:  bathydemersal; marine; depth range 115 - 475 m
Distribution:  Western Atlantic: North Carolina and northern Gulf of Mexico in USA to Brazil; absent from West Indies.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found mostly on the continental slope.
