Distribution:  North America: Ozark and Ouachita Uplands (St. Francis, White, Arkansas and Ouachita River drainages) in Missouri, Arkansas and Oklahoma, USA.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs in gravel runs and riffles of small to medium clear rivers.
