Environment:  demersal; freshwater, potamodromous
Distribution:  Asia: Pakistan, India and Bangladesh.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Inhabit upper reaches of rivers (Ref. 41236). Oviparous, eggs are pelagic and non-adhesive (Ref. 205).
