Environment:  reef-associated; marine; depth range 49 - 184 m
Distribution:  Eastern Central Pacific: Hawaiian Islands.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  A deep-water species that is rarely captured (Ref. 6180). Benthopelagic (Ref. 58302).
