Max. size:  22 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range 10 - 300 m
Distribution:  Eastern Indian Ocean: southern Australia, from Western Australia to New South Wales, including Tasmania.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 9-9; Dorsal soft rays (total): 15-16; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 16-17; Vertebrae: 31-31
Biology:  Occur on coastal waters, in the continental shelf area (Ref. 33616).
