Family:  Tetrarogidae (Wasp fishes)
Max. size:  20 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  reef-associated; marine; depth range 5 - 60 m
Distribution:  Eastern Indian Ocean: southern Australia, from Perth, Western Australia to New South Wales, including Tasmania (Ref. 9563).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs on the continental shelf (Ref. 9563). Inhabits rock reef (Ref. 75154).
