Max. size:  6.5 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater; brackish, non-migratory
Distribution:  Central America: known only from the Bahamas.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Inhabits lakes, drainage ditches and mangrove areas, all with connections to the sea. Feeds on mosquito larvae (Ref. 5521).
