Max. size:  3.8 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  reef-associated; depth range 13 - 45 m
Distribution:  Western Central Atlantic: Bahamas and Grand Cayman Island.
Biology:  Inhabits deep waters (Ref. 5521). Found on tube sponges on deep reefs (Ref. 9710).
IUCN Red List Status: Least Concern (LC); Date assessed: 24 March 2011 Ref. (120744)
Threat to humans:  harmless
