Max. size:  10.25 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  pelagic-neritic; marine; depth range 1 - 70 m
Distribution:  Western Indian Ocean: from northern Red Sea and Yemen, south along the east coast of Africa to the Seychelles, Madagascar and South Africa and east to Oman or the Arabian Gulf.
