Family:  Latilidae (Deepwater tilefishes)
Max. size:  28.5 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range 110 - 150 m
Distribution:  Western Pacific: eastern Australia.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found on the continental shelf and slope (Ref. 7300). A benthic carnivore which feeds on fish, mollusks, crustaceans (crabs, amphipods and stomatopods), and polychaetes.
