Description: dorsal-fin rays ii,9; anal-fin rays iv-v,21-24; pectoral-fin rays i,11-14; pelvic-fin rays i,7 ; dark oval-shaped spot near middle inner border of opercle; vertically elongate dark humeral blotch wider dorsally and tapering ventrally covering second, third and fourth anterior perforated scales of lateral line (Ref. 104692).
