Comments

Occurs in the Mekong basin (Ref. 12693, 27732). Found around the Tonle Sap river and Great Lake (Ref. 36651). Not commonly taken in the dai nets of the Tonlé Sap, but much more likely to be caught in the large traps of the Great Lake (Ref. 12693). Cultured in rice fields in Svay Rieng (Ref. 121504). Also Ref. 1739, 7306, 8984, 36662, 33813, 37772.
