Known from Peter the Great Bay (Ref. 27683). Type locality: Aniva Bay, Sakhalin I., Russia, Okhotsk Sea (Ref. 51665). Type locality of Lycodes palearis multifasciatus: west coast of Kamchatka, Russia, opposite mouth of the Ozernaya and Bol'shaya rivers, Okhotsk Sea (Ref. 51665).
