Found along the Mediterranean coast between Tortosa and Cape San Antonio (Ref. 59043 ). Recorded from Valencia (Ref. 26100). Threatened due to the habitat destruction, pollution and introductions of exotic competitors (Ref. 79582). Also Ref. 3881, 27139, 32724.
